WHERE WE SHIP
Service may be limited or not available in some places due to local law or other restrictions. We ship to all states in the continental US, except for Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
- IMPORTANT: ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
Please plan accordingly for someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package; a valid form of ID must be on hand.
Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at the delivery address to receive your BWD Bourbon during normal business hours, we recommend having your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME & TRACKING
Once your package shipping label is available, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Orders are shipped from our NY fulfillment center. Fulfillment takes 1-3 days; Ground Shipping time-in-transit is 1-7 business days for delivery.
Orders to Oklahoma and Texas may take slightly longer due to the use of local carriers. Depending on the carrier and shipping address, it may take up to 7-14 business days for delivery.
If you have not received tracking information via email after 3 business days, please contact info@brawlerswooddistillery.com for assistance.
We recommend customers place orders early in the week to decrease the likelihood an order sits in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

Order payment processing and fulfillment are facilitated through a 3rd party retailer.
Brawler's Wood Distillery assumes no liability for product damage due to poor weather during transport or delayed delivery. Please check weather conditions prior to order and ensure someone 21 years or older, with a valid ID, will be available to receive your BWD Bourbon upon delivery. The most frequent cause of damages is due to multiple delivery attempts. Please monitor your package tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
